If you choose payment via BANK TRANSFER you get same day payment straight into your account*. Once we’ve received your phone and it’s been assessed, we send the money directly to your bank account ready for you to spend any way you wish.

Mobile Phone Xchange can write out a cheque made payable to you. When payment is ready to be given, we will send it via Royal Mail within 7 days of your phone being assessed by Mobile Phone Xchange. As soon as your cheque clears you can spend it wherever you want.

Instead of offering you just cash for your trade-in, Mobile Phone Xchange gives you the choice to receive payment in the form of a giftcard worth up to 15% more than the cash value of your phone. This voucher is redeemable in a number of high street stores including Argos and Debenhams.

If you select to receive your payment in the form of a store voucher, a giftcard will be sent to you with your Mobile Phone Xchange padded envelope. As soon as your phones and gadgets have been assessed by our team, your card will immediately be loaded up with your money ready for you to hit your nearest store.

If you don’t have a bank account to receive payment into but want to receive your mobile phone trade-in reward as cash, Mobile Phone Xchange have partnered with text message payment provider i-movo, to allow you to collect your money from any one of 20,000 convenience stores nationwide that form the Paypoint network.

As soon as your phone payment is due we simply send you a text message with a unique reference number and the amount due to you. Simply show this message to any one of the Paypoint retailers and they will give you your cash without any deduction or fees.

It’s a great method of payment if you are too young to have a bank account. Or even if you do, there’s no fear of the bank keeping your money to pay off your overdraft!
