Those who like the idea of curling up on the sofa at home with a movie and popcorn might want to sell their old phones and switch to T-Mobile because they have launched a new promotion which offers just that.

Collaborating with Blockbuster, the Night In loyalty offer allows customers who are on T-Mobile the chance to rent two movies, or a game and a movie, for two nights along with popcorn, sweets and a bottle of fizzy pop all for a bargain price of 5 pounds.

Similar to the 2-for-1 Orange Wednesday scheme, T-Mobile are hoping people who love movies will be tempted by the generous deal which will save them a bundle.

All customers have to do is text 'NIGHT IN' to 3000 for free and they will get a code which can be redeemed in any Blockbuster store between Monday to Friday.

An advertising campaign by Saatchi and Saatchi has been created to coincide with the campaign in which members of the public speak of their favourite themes for a cosy night in.

Lysa Hardy, T-Mobile head of brand and communications said: "As the company that got people dancing in Liverpool Street Station and then held a mass sing-a-long in Trafalgar Square, we're proud of our history in getting customers to be involved in our ads.

"Were now really excited to hand over the reins of our advertising to them, letting them be the stars, so they can invite their friends round to enjoy our Blockbuster Night In offer. It'll be amazing to see the results."
