1 SEARCH

You can search for make or model in the search box, but also by IMEI. If you are having any difficulty identifying your handsets from the hundreds of models there are we strongly recommend finding your IMEI. This is very straightforward. IMEI *#06# If you are not sure what model you have one sure-fire way of finding out is to type *#06# into your handset. This reveals your IMEI, which is a serial number and this lets us know what model you have. Just type what you see into the search box

2 SEND PHONE

  1. ADDRESS LABEL Quickest!

    If you are happy to use your own envelope just select that option when you checkout you will be given an address label which you can print or copy. You will need to supply your IMEI (your phone’s serial number) so that we can safely track your order.

  2. REQUEST AN ENVELOPE

    During the checkout process you can ask us to send you a padded envelope. We will apply a unique tracking reference to your envelope so that we can safely track your order

  3. PRE-PRINTED ENVELOPE

    If you have been supplied with a pre-printed envelope please follow the instruction on the envelope. The most important of these is to ensure you fill in and enclose the tear-off strip on the envelope which enables us to track your order.

  4. * POST & PACKING Tips!

    We strongly recommend that you get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office. This will insure you FREE for up to £34 if your item is lost in the post. Alternatively send the item Special Delivery which will cover you for up to £500 and will cost approximately £4.75. MPX cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.

3 GET PAID

  1. BACS Quickest!

    We recommend that you choose the BACS bank transfer option as this is much quicker and easier than payment by cheque. Your details will be sent encrypted to our secure server, and deleted once we have used them.

  2. CHEQUE

    If you would prefer payment by cheque, we will send a cheque (made out to the name you register with) to the address you register with.
