We send you a freepost padded envelope within 48 hours with a unique tracking reference number so that we can safely track your order.

We check your phone
When we recieve your mobile/s we will check that the delivery is complete and that the mobile is in working order.

- We strongly recommend that you get a certificate of posting from your post office insuring you for FREE, upto a value of £39.
- Alternatively, send the items special delivery, which will cost approximately £4.75 & cover upto £500.
- MPX cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
